Bollywood’s recent hit film D-Day brought the film director Nikhil Advani in to limelight and the director is now set to wield megaphone for remake of 1983 biggest hit film Hero.
The original version of Hero had Jackie Shroff and Meenakshi Sheshadri in lead roles and the remake version of the film will cast Sooraj Pancholi and Aathiya Shetty playing the lead roles. Sources are at buzz that Nikhil Advani is said to re-write the entire script and will retain only few songs in the remake.
Meanwhile Nikhil Advani will be directing Mr. India sequel which will be produced by Boney Kapoor. The other details of Hero remake are yet to be revealed.
