Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan’s Chennai Express which released on the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr on Aug 9th is ringing the collections at box office.
The film has collected Rs.33.12 crore gross on its first day. Chennai Express has released on over 4200 screens worldwide. Being an holiday season the film mounted for such record Day 1 collections all over. A day before its release the film has soccered to collect 6.75 crores from its paid previews.
In alone in India the film has been released in 3500 theatres. Deepika Padukone is the lead actress in the film and Rohit Shetty directed Chennai Express. Even the film is doing good in overseas. UTV Motion Pictures and Red Chillies Entertainment produced this full length entertaining film.
